To make purchases, you don't need to be registered as a customer with us. This is easily done at checkout. Fill in all the details and save your password and username. You can use your password and username when you log in to make a purchase and view your past orders. You can still make purchases without registering.

By clicking "Checkout," the item will be added to your shopping cart. In the cart, you'll see the quantity of items and your order total. By clicking the "Go to Checkout" button, you'll be taken to the checkout where you'll also have the option to edit the contents of your order. On this page, you can also save your cart to a favorites list, which you can retrieve at a later time.

When you've finished your purchase, click "Go to Checkout" in your cart. When you reach checkout (if you're not already logged in), you'll be asked to choose whether to log in or register. If you're already a customer, log in with your username and password. You'll be able to view your past orders. If you're not a customer, you can sign up.

With us you always have FREE SHIPPING on purchases over 50 EUR. Orders typically ship within 2-5 business days, with the exception of holidays, when processing and delivery times may be slightly longer.

You can pay with your credit card. All card information and personal data are encrypted, meaning no unauthorized person can access them.
We also accept payments through Apple Pay, Shopify Pay, American Express, and Google Pay.

Right of withdrawal Your right of withdrawal is valid for 14 days, starting from the day you receive the product. If you wish to cancel the purchase, you must send a clear and explicit message to Vision Haircare AB before the end of the withdrawal period. The message must include your name, address, contact information, order/invoice number, the date of purchase, and the name of the product(s). When exercising your right of withdrawal: • If the product is damaged or lost due to negligence on your part, you lose your right of withdrawal. • You are responsible for the return shipping costs and the condition of the product from the moment you receive it until you return it. The product must be returned within 14 days of the date you communicated your decision to withdraw. • The product must be shipped well packaged and in perfect condition. Returns must be sent by letter or parcel, not by cash on delivery. In the event of a defective product, we will cover the return shipping costs. Refund: If you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will refund the amount paid for the product as soon as possible, and no later than 30 days after we receive it. • If you paid directly by bank card, the refund may take 5-10 days to appear in your account. • If the returned product has been used or manipulated beyond what is necessary to determine its characteristics and functioning, Vision Haircare AB is entitled to apply a deduction for loss of value, which may be up to the full price of the product.
